In Top Shape

The Toledo Club offers a wide variety of programs and classes to help each member tailor their fitness program and stay motivated.

The Fitness Center has a complete selection of state-of-the-art equipment. The 25 yard pool is one of the best in Toledo and the squash program is rated one of the best in the nation with over 200 players. A full spa and sauna is also available.

An indoor track, outdoor bocce and golf simulator completes the list of amenities. The Toledo Club also has a team in a local indoor soccer league in the winter months.

 

Squash at The Toledo Club

The Toledo Club's squash program blends tradition with innovation, offering a vibrant, community-centered experience for all. Whether you're a former college athlete looking for a new challenge or a beginner eager to try something different, squash provides a fast-paced, dynamic workout. It’s no wonder Forbes named it the “World’s Healthiest Sport.” Plus, squash is set to debut as an Olympic sport in the upcoming 2028 Summer Games in Los Angeles, California!

Our Winter Squash League, running from October to May, is a highlight of the season. It starts with a thrilling NFL-style draft & dinner and wraps up with a lively awards banquet. Open to players of all levels, it’s the perfect way to get involved whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting out.

Throughout the season, we host a variety of exciting events like the Memorial Top 32, Wild Turkey Shootout, Buckeye/Wolverine Classic, Over vs. Under, and the iconic Toledo Squash Classic. Our program also features a dynamic Junior Squash Program, led by Squash Pro Alex Noakes, cultivating the next generation of players.

Group Classes

Boot Camp — An energetic blend of cardio and strength training that tones muscles, boosts endurance, and combats age-related muscle loss. Each class offers a fresh workout, pushing your limits for a complete full-body challenge.

Spinning — Indoor cycling like you've never experienced before. Set to dynamic music, this cardio workout lets you imagine climbing hills or racing through city streets, delivering an exciting and immersive ride.

Yoga — The ultimate harmony of body, mind, and spirit. Through a sequence of poses and focused breathing, this class builds upper body strength, flexibility, and endurance.

Silver Sculpt — A gentle yet effective low-impact cardio class that combines toning exercises to improve your strength and stamina, perfect for all fitness levels.

Big Ugly Weight Loss — Kickstart your fitness journey with this exciting weight loss challenge. Over 8 weeks, work towards reducing your body weight by 5%, starting at the beginning of the year—commit to your health and embrace the challenge!

Pool

Water Aerobics — Tone and sculpt your body with a low-impact workout that’s easy on the joints. This popular self-paced pool session blends cardio and resistance training, often incorporating tools like water weights and noodles to boost your workout


Masters Swim Program — Join our coached group swim sessions designed to refine your technique and elevate your fitness, no matter your skill level.

Running | Triathlon

Our indoor track is open during athletic hours, perfect for runners and triathletes to train year-round.

Don't miss TC INDOOR-TRI, our annual winter event where members and guests compete in a 15-minute run, bike, and swim challenge. Winners are determined by total distance—perfect for individuals or teams.

Golf

A golf simulator is available year round and we have golfing reciprocity with both Highland Meadows and Stone Oak Country Club.

Each year, we also host two exciting outings: the Toledo Club Golf Outing and the Toledo Club Ryder Cup at top courses around the city.
